Six years after their legendary Renault 4 took them from Stojakovo through Europe to the Great Wall of China, Shuklev and Nikolov are once again piqued the public’s curiosity. Their story, which has long since become a symbol of perseverance and friendship, continues – and in Tuscany, Italy, at one of the most important European events for classic car enthusiasts.
Italy as a new scene of adventure
From 19 to 21 September 2025 , the picturesque Molino d’Elsa in the heart of Tuscany will host the fifth edition of the Italian Renault 4 Festival . An event that has long been more than just a gathering, but an experience that celebrates R4 history, culture and togetherness.
Participants are not just exhibitors – they become part of an adventure:
driving along unique routes through Chianti, San Gimignano and Volterra;
gimmick racing , where R4 shows off its endurance and charm;
fun competitions such as throwing a javelin , where our Shuklev was among the participants;
markets with vintage parts and souvenirs;
street food and live music dinners under the Tuscan stars.
Every moment is created to show that these cars are not just classics from the past – they are living legends that unite people.
Two Renault 4s – a new chapter in the story
If 2019 was the year of their epic journey to China, 2025 is the year when the story continues with even more force. This time, Shuklev and Nikolov travel in two Renault 4s , creating a new symbolism: a story of growth, of continuation, and of a love that grows even greater.
The two cars became a real attraction, and the presence of Macedonians at the festival once again confirms that they are true ambassadors of the spirit of Renault 4 .
